Hi! I’m 12, and I want to tell you about something really cool I found this year.

The First Time I Talked to It

I opened this website where you could type anything.
I wrote, “Hi, can you make a funny story about a dog who wants to be a pilot?”
In like two seconds, it wrote the whole thing. The dog’s name was Max and he flew a paper-airplane jet made of homework pages. I laughed so hard!

That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a normal computer. It actually created something new.

What It Really Is

Okay, so “AI” means Artificial Intelligence — a smart computer program that can learn.
And “Generative” means it can make new stuff.
Put those together and you get a computer that can write, draw, sing, or even help you with homework.

It doesn’t just copy things. It learns from millions of examples and then makes its own version. Kind of like how we learn at school — we read and then we try to write in our own words.

What It Can Do

After that first time, I started asking it to do everything.

Why It’s Amazing

I wonder what the future will look like.

Maybe AI will help clean the planet.

But I also hope people will use it carefully — not to lie, not to hurt anyone, and not to forget what makes us human.
